This was a smaller class (rare at Dada!) and I mentioned to her up top how I'd welcome adjustments or feedback if she was up for it as I'm just getting back into shape and she was so helpful with my form. Even offered stretch suggestions after class. Pushes you in class and knows her stuff!

For more complex moves, she go over them step by step before the start of the song. She also mixes up the intensity throughout the class and I can catch my breath!

se alle anmeldelserAmazing class! The instructor was so kind and the attendees were as well :) It was my first adult beginner class and I did not feel intimidated at all since everyone was so nice. The music was so cute too. I have no background in ballet and this class was perfect. The instructor fixed my positions and always reminded me to get in correct formation so I learned a lot. Def coming back! Thank you!
