Narb is a wonderful instructor who actually takes the time to pay attention to everyone's form, offer advice, and do lots of demos and movement adjustments for those who need it. The Performance Academy community is also super friendly and welcoming! Overall couldn't recommend this class enough.

se alle anmeldelserThis gym is great! Lots of machines and on a Saturday morning I had no problems finding space. Heads up this gym is inside the mall and not super intuitive to find. If you park in the G garage on floor B4 you’ll find yourself right outside the mall doors that lead to the gym.

se alle anmeldelserClass was fun and challenging in a good way. I wouldn't say the class is beginner friendly but the teacher and class was very accommodating for a very new beginner so if you're up for the challenge, go for it!
