Yoga Flow- all levels: hot
This was exactly what you expect from a heated yoga flow - all levels class. Cole gave very clear instructions that a beginner could follow, but also kept the pace of a something like a flow 2 class. We warmed up with a few sun salutations, went into a well rounded single sequenced flow, and finished with a few ground poses before heading to shavasana. Overall, great flow class.
