I mentioned a back injury and she checked on me a few times, which I really appreciated. Easy parking, clean and spacious studio.

My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.

They rly want to pack as many ppl in classes as possible without a cap and they will hire WHOEVER gets past the training. It’s hard to come by a great sculpt teaching and he is IT. Thank you for being on beat with your counting, choosing music that we want to sculpt to and curating your own workout all while staying true to the “yoga” part of everything. He goes above and beyond with his mantras and sayings, which encourages and hypes the class up! That’s how you teach a class. Had been very tired of coming and trying out classes that led to disappointment from instructors who clearly did not care or just didn’t have the personality to teach. Thank you sir for your confidence, knowledge, encouragement, resilience — when you have a gift and purpose.no one can take that away from you. It’s so clear how much this guy loves his craft. 🔥🔥🔥

So much of the sequences are rhythm based - we should be working out to music that makes us hyped and counting should be on the beat!
