se alle anmeldelserGreat stretch and detox! Came to class with lower back pain and after class the pain was gone! Good mix of stretching and strengthening with just the right amount of push. The instructor was attentive and would help students get into more challenging stretches. Only one downside - the studio was only opened 5 minutes before even though the instructions said to come 15 minutes early so I spent a good 10-15 minutes waiting in the hot and stuffy space outside the studio.
