se alle anmeldelserRishin doesn’t miss. You get fooled into thinking it’s almost a restorative class but then you see sweat dripping on your mat but you’re also calm af because you’re breathing so rhythmically and all the movements are on the breath. 10/10.

se alle anmeldelserToday I tried Dan’s 50minute reformer Pilates - first time using this. Dan was absolutely incredible. I am getting my strength back after fighting breast cancer and Dan was just so kind, so genuine, understanding and patient with me. I was a little nervous stretching my arm in certain positions post surgery but he was constantly checking in with me to ensure I was comfortable, correct posture, safe and getting an excellent workout. I have no doubt that over time this will be such a benefit to my recovery. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you High Vibe and Dan.
