    Rachael was fabulous. She explained everything really well and helped modify a couple exercises that involved my back, which was sore. I would definitely recommend this class for all fitness levels, but it was a challenge for me and I’m fairly active.

    I happened to go on a day when no one was there and essentially got a private training session with one other woman. Jeff's energy is great. He keeps you positive and energized throughout the entire workout. This is a great place to get help to get fit.

    Instructor was friendly. Instructor provided some choreography but it was pretty basic, there was lots of space to add your own interpretation. There was about 45 minutes of dancing + 10 minutes of balancing and stretching + 5 minutes of sharing at the end. The space/studio was nice.
