se alle anmeldelserI signed up for this class expecting something low impact… and wow, was I in for a surprise 😅 This was definitely more of a HIIT-style class than anything “low impact.” It was intense from start to finish, with very little downtime and a serious burn throughout. If you’re looking for a challenging, sweat-dripping workout, this class absolutely delivers. The music was on point and kept the momentum going the entire time, and the instructor brought great energy, clear guidance, and motivation that pushed everyone to keep going.

se alle anmeldelserI had fun in this class. It was very challenging- I sweat so hard there was an actual puddle on my mat. But we were encouraged to take breaks as needed. I liked the music selections and the diversity in the student body as compared to many yoga spaces I’ve been to. I liked the slightly more laid back vibe also as compared to other yoga spaces, and I felt inspired by what the teacher shared about poses that took him ten years to get down. I saw bottled water/gatorade for sale but don’t remember seeing an easy way to refill water and don’t see a towel service which are the only things I would’ve loved to see.

se alle anmeldelserderrick is so awesome! his class was challenging, but not so challenging that i had to continuously take breaks. i was able to both ground and strengthen! will most def be back as much as possible!
