I’m super happy with the class! 🥳 Teach Aly was super encouraging and was able to gauge the progress I made during my first session at another studio (I showed her the clips). The class was challenging enough yet super fun 🫶🏻 Will definitely book another class!

Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. Will definitely book her next class!

se alle anmeldelseri enjoyed the class very much!! the instructor was very hands-on and the class was fast-paced even though it was almost 10pm when we finished😆 too bad that the maintenance staff was out today so the hammocks were a bit high for us and we struggled a bit bc of it. nevertheless, i look forward for my aerial classes here!!!

The girls in class were super friendly too, so it never felt intimidating or pressured at all. As someone with absolutely zero dance background, it was surprisingly rewarding to get through it and actually enjoy myself 💃😭 Only warning: the post-class DOMS is REAL. Your muscles will file a formal complaint the next day. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a rest day before booking another class after this one 😂
