The combos were easy to memorize (mostly revolving around 1-2-3-4), but the sheer volume of punches made it a killer workout. Absolutely enjoyed this class and highly recommend it if you're looking for something more intense!

se alle anmeldelserThe staff is very accommodating, and the coach was very good. The space itself is just okay. I love that they have a shower area, but keep in mind you need to bring your own towel, soap, and shampoo. If only I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to gym!.
