se alle anmeldelserIt was my first time trying their yoga class, and my first impression was positive. I liked the space as it was large enough to move comfortably. I also appreciated that the instructor tried to explain the poses step by step, though at times the instructions were a bit hard to hear given the size of the space. Just to give others an idea, this class may not be ideal for beginners, so it’s good to note that. But overall, it was a really good stretch!

se alle anmeldelserI liked that this class was true to its name, mat sculpt without any frills! We were able to workout all the different muscle groups within the hour. The music was also fire! The instructor gave good vibes and great instruction that was easy to follow. Would love to come back for more!

As a beginner, I found the class challenging, but I’m committed to pushing myself to my limits. Big kudos to our 6:30 AM hot yoga coach earlier... thank you for helping correct my form and offering modified poses that felt right for each of us.

Gusto ko lang naman talaga pawisan, and kuhang-kuha ito sa Popvive ni Coach Ecko. 💯 Really appreciated him, and his large class of titas doing awesome dance moves. We danced to Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, DJ Khalid, it was so fun! I wouldn't recommend this if you wanna learn choreography per se, because you need to at least be able to follow beats (and intuitively get dance moves like kick-ball-change and body waves and the like). For non-dancers like me, you can modify the moves on your own. If you just want to jam out and sweat, you'll love this 12nn class. I want to go back! ✨️🙏💯
