It was a dance workout with strength training at the end. The song mix was great too. Laurie suggested a modification on a move for me before class, and she accommodated me by setting the volume of the microphone to a comfortable level ... I would like to go back.

My classmates were so nice and friendly seeing as this was my first class. I pushed myself during the cardio portion of the class, so I really felt it.
