se alle anmeldelserAlexis is a great teacher! I really enjoyed today’s practice. The only thing I wasn’t aware of beforehand was that this was a hot yoga class. The heat made it a little harder for me to breathe than usual. I think this class would be great for people who have been practicing yoga for a while, are looking for a different challenge, and are comfortable exercising in a 90°F room. I would definitely love to try some other classes at Yoga Flow!

se alle anmeldelserWell, balanced class. I do a lot of yoga and I really appreciated Francine's specific cues, they reminded me of a lot of things I tend to forget. This is a strong class, or can be, with the ability to level up or down. Loved Francine's presence, I will take this again.
