Ankle weights are provided along with a variety of weighted dumbbells quickly/easily accessible for amps/mods. Very clean studio. Will return asap!

se alle anmeldelserCounting was a bit weird at times but every teacher has a different method and I caught on to her vibe pretty quick. Overall one of the hardest sculpt classes I’ve taken! I will definitely be back for her class. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good burn and lift!
