se alle anmeldelserCynthia is a great instructor as she does everything she can to aide the students in her class to get through the movements with everything they need to be successful. Her instructions are clear and guidance is gentle. She creates a warm supportive class atmosphere and encourages her students throughout the movements as my favorite affirmative statement she renders is “ You got this “ and “Good Job Ladies “. Her classes come highly recommended.

Also discreetly inquire about any injuries she should know about before the class started which was refreshing. She had put together in a nice organized manner all the items I would need for her class prior to my arrival which was extremely helpful as someone who is a beginner student to yoga. Took time to enthusiastically answer my questions and explain what each class she teaches is about, Would highly recommend beginners to the yoga practice to take her classes as I started with the Vinyasa class.
