    Class was wonderful, sequence was really fun. Only thing I did not like was that the instructor would gender the intensity, “Men will be this amount of strength..(higher weight)” “and women will be this amount of strength..(lower weight)” Seeing that I was double the size of the only smaller man in the room. I thought it was strange and a bit insulting to cue like that. I would recommend the teachers use better verbiage so that modifications can be made by the individual, and not based on gender. Will be back, studio is clean, everyone was friendly and i felt great after!

    This class had me dead and happy. Instructor had a great pace and explained things pretty well for the pace of the class. Was really helpful in providing instructions on preventing injury for certain poses. I walked in with some anxiety from the day and left feeling mentally grounded. Loved it!

    Solar Power Sound Bath

    The space itself has great energy. High ceilings lots of light beaming in, it allows for the mind to feel spacious as well. The sound bath was delightful. I’m not sure what my monkey brain was doing prior to this class but now I’m feeling peaceful and grounded. What a space, definitely coming back for the next session.

She has the rare skill of being super descriptive on where you’re supposed to feel a work out in the right way to do it or different options based on how you’re feeling that day.     Erika was great! I had only done pilates once before at a different studio, so I was expecting something much more difficult. Erika provided alternate options to increase intensity though, which was nice. I will try one of the higher intensity classes because going to this level won't do much for me from a workout perspective. But it is probably really good for people who are coming back to exercise or need a bit slower intensity.

    Amazing instructor! Probably the best I’ve had in my years of taking Pilates for clear instruction cues, simple adjustments, and helpful tips. This was my first time at this studio and this class was great! I hope Jess joins the studio full-time so I can keep coming back!
