se alle anmeldelserAlexandria just taught one of the best Yin classes I’ve ever taken. This studio’s vibe and esthetic just screams Yin but Alexandria really took it over the top. Her voice, cues, modification and prop suggestions, were absolutely spot on. But more than anything she really read the room and pivoted a few times and put us in poses based off of our collective body language. Skill like that can’t be taught. She was incredibly intuitive. I’m already looking at their schedule so I can take another class with her.

se alle anmeldelseri loved this class!!! erin was such a great instructor. she corrected forms around the room and offered really specific modifications for people who needed them. all the movements felt really intentional and left me sweating!! at the end of class i asked a question about one of the forms causing me trouble and she took real time to have me demonstrate again where i noticed the issue, then helped me diagnose the cause and come up with focus areas to help build the stability i need. super knowledgeable and super nice. i can’t wait to go back!!!
