    Great workout. I wish it wasn’t heated because this was more of a strength training, cardio burst/HIIT workout than yoga with weights. Providing modifications for exercises would also be helpful. Clean space, welcoming staff and nice instructor. I’ll be back for other classes!

    Wonderful instructor and flow to the class. I do want to try and incorporate heavier weights next time (4-5 lbs instead of 2.5). I like that the room wasn’t heated like other yoga sculpt classes I’ve been to. It is mild distracting to not have sound blocked out from other people working out (outside the class but in the gym).

    Erika was great! I had only done pilates once before at a different studio, so I was expecting something much more difficult. Erika provided alternate options to increase intensity though, which was nice. I will try one of the higher intensity classes because going to this level won't do much for me from a workout perspective. But it is probably really good for people who are coming back to exercise or need a bit slower intensity.
