I like that the room wasn’t heated like other yoga sculpt classes I’ve been to. It is mild distracting to not have sound blocked out from other people working out (outside the class but in the gym).

see all reviewsErika was great! I had only done pilates once before at a different studio, so I was expecting something much more difficult. Erika provided alternate options to increase intensity though, which was nice. I will try one of the higher intensity classes because going to this level won't do much for me from a workout perspective. But it is probably really good for people who are coming back to exercise or need a bit slower intensity.
