It blends strength, mobility, and calisthenics in a way I wasn’t used to—more of a free-flow style than just copying a teacher. The instructor was great, guiding us clearly, and even though I found the choregraphy tricky—like figuring out which arm or leg to move first—it really challenged me in a positive way. The energy here is on another level—it’s rare to find a gym that takes training this seriously while making it so much fun. You’ll work harder than ever, but you'll leave with a massive smile on your face! Jaqueline is the absolute best. She’s incredibly professional and has a "sixth sense" for knowing exactly when you can give more. She pushes you to your absolute limits right when you need it most! I also love that they actually focus on Hyrox technique; they take the time to fix your posture and teach you to move correctly, so you’re not just working hard, you’re working smart. If you want to maximize your potential and have a blast doing it, this is the spot!
