Aerial Yoga | Beginners

se alle anmeldelserI've been practicing yoga for many years and this is one of the best classes in Lisbon. João is a true professional - precise, clear, no filler. The class is advanced and genuinely challenging and the flow is well built. This is a class where you feel proper yoga. Highly recommended!!

se alle anmeldelserAmazing class! The instructor was super attentive and made sure we were doing every exercise correctly and engaging the right muscles. Since it was a small class, we got lots of personalised attention, which made the experience even better. The studio is small but really cosy, well-organised and has such a nice atmosphere. Everyone was lovely and welcoming!
