The equipment is high quality and very well maintained. The class itself was excellent , with only five reformers, it felt very personalized. The instructor was attentive and supportive, offering different options so everyone could work at their own level. I really enjoyed the session and will definitely be back 💘

It has helped me become much more aware of how my body moves and connects, strengthened my core from every angle, and significantly improved my posture. She gives everyone their own space, but is always there to gently guide and help you adjust your positions when needed. I’ve been doing pilates more than 3+ years so maybe it was not hard for me to follow the instructions(i speak zero Portuguese) but i think if you catch things quick, would be fine! Not sure about Circuit class, I took 1.5 on Saturday and it was way too easy. Even easier than stretching class they are running. It doesn’t reflect the description or level. So maybe avoid weekends class or choose right instructor. I would go with Tomas
