You enter, changing rooms on left side, cubbies (they lock the front door), studio in the back, and bathrooms on the right. Temperature was great, not too hot or intense, and everyone kept to themselves. This was my first time at Rikk’s studio and being in the Marina for a workout class. I would definitely come back!

Highly recommend though the studio is really tight and people are over each other unlike their beautiful sunset studio which closed. This is not a good class for beginners but great for intermediate levels. Again, an excellent teacher.

With my recent injury, she provided modifications throughout it the class for me and continually checked in. The classes at the circus center all seem to be fairly small, which makes it super easy to get feedback. Learned some good cues and exercises for increasing my mobility. Would recommend!

Story kindly and gently corrected individual’s form when necessary which I think is awesome and so helpful (I’ve never seen a Core Power instructor do this before - and I’m always worried people will get hurt in class with incorrect form). Will gladly take more classes with Story.

se alle anmeldelserLoved doing yoga outdoors! Beautiful location, but the directions of where exactly the class was held were vague. Another attendee had to wander until she found the right group. I wish I had been before class to told to wear sunglasses as the sun was in my eyes the whole time. The headphones worked great except they got in the way for some poses. A sports team ended up playing worryingly close to us. The teacher was kind, went at a good pace, and I enjoyed most of the poses, but some of the direction was confusing and the teacher moved around so it was sometimes hard to look for her to see a demonstration of the pose.
