    Excellent class. Dusted off my gloves and the muscle memory returned. Chelsie was a greasy advocate for that to happen. Nice instructional combinations. I had a ball and I will be back!

    Touleen was such a great instructor! It was my first class and I didn’t feel out of place whatsoever. Super neat to see different people at different levels and made me feel more comfortable going at my own pace. Will definitely be back!

    My first time here. It was a small class and everyone was incredibly welcoming - like, so kind. Jenni was super attentive to all of us, which I appreciated while still recovering from a back injury. Highly recommend for those looking for gentle yoga!

    Good mix of equipment. Not too busy in the evening and great if you want to get a lock n load workout in. Friendly instructor to welcome - just make sure you get there before 7p if you are a classpasser!!

    The space was nice but I had trouble opening the door because you have to get the app and sign up a number and create an account. It was a lot. I was 10 mins late and only got to workout for 20mins. I think they should simplify it more.

    Gym Pod Session

    30 minutes really isn’t enough time considering you literally can’t get in until the MOMENT your reservation starts. It takes time to take off your coat/winter clothes, set up music if you wanna use the speaker, set up and sanitize (let’s say 3 minutes) plus a super minimal 5 minute warm up and maybe 2 minutes to stretch- that leaves you with 20 minutes left to actually workout (but you have to get rebundled to outside and clean up after yourself so really more like 17 minutes)
