    In-Studio: The Ride

    It is hard to find a good spinning class. Many studios do too much dancing and gimmicky moves. Not at Spynergy! Came in at 7 am, sleep deprived from traveling and Liza and the team were welcoming, high energy, and motivating. The class was the perfect balance of intensity, pace, and energy. She kept me engaged the whole time. I regularly on a road bike outdoors and this is the best class I’ve taken in a long time. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

    Really enjoyed Collin’s class! A very strength focused circuit (which are my favorite), and super high intensity despite having 6 different stations going at the same time. The movements were challenging but not difficult to understand which made them better to execute.

    Absolutely love the atmosphere instructor is very warm welcoming and informative. All the other students are very friendly and polite as well. Very good place for beginners and intermediate fighters 10 out of 10.

    Strength: Mobility Flow

    Really good and small mobility/range of motion class, so you get a lot of personal attention. It's not simply a stretch class, you actually do some strength building in extended ranges of motion, which is better than a simple stretch.
