se alle anmeldelserLoved the exercises! Personally, I used to believe yoga is supposed to be calm and more mind intensive but I was glad to have been proved wrong. The fine balance of utilising physical strength in conjunction with breathing was just astounding. I loved how the exercises focused on every part of my body including mind (with the chanting of OM). Absolutely loved it and will definitely like to pursue more classes in future.
