Not only they make you feel welcome and important as you step in, their service staff are equally kind and respectful and oh so knowledgeable. The space is immaculate. They really think about every detail. I feel like I found a gem in the neighborhood. You have to try them!

However, not many people use CP for their services so staffs are not trained to take clients with CP. Be ready to tell them there’s not redemption code to display and ask the staff to verify the appointment with owner.

It’s a little weird going down to the basement of the building because the lights are on a motion sensor so it’s dark at first. But the room itself is super clean and welcoming. I will definitely be going back regularly.

After several calls it was finally cleared up. $20/hour per person tip is compulsory unless you are okay to be humiliated not knowing “flushing rule” or get treated badly. Massage itself is good.
