The structure hasn’t really changed so I felt comfortable, and enjoyed the energy of the class. I also made sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to acquaint myself with the studio and get properly set up. Friendly tip for other newbies - you’ll be setting yourself up for success in this class if you arrive nice & early :)
