se alle anmeldelseryeah, that was fantastic. a bit more power-y, than vinyasa (in my opinion), but that's not a knock AT ALL. in fact, despite not preferring that style, I had an absolute blast and the workout of the exercise was ooof also intense. impressive bunch over there. definitely will again. 🧸

The instructor Abbie for the Beginner Yoga class was so informative and encouraging along with making the class experience personal for each student. I felt reinvigorated after her class and more in tuned with my body. I would totally take her class again and want to try the other classes they offer!
