However, I will say that this time around one of the instructors appeared to be socializing more with a friend in the class rather than helping instruct the class.. which was disappointing. I have never had a problem before and I would highly recommend!

The gym itself was clean yet stocked with a wide range of weights and equipment, the music was motivating, and the format of rotating stations was as fun as it was challenging. Will definitely be back!
