    Power Flow

    Flow was smooth however I felt that YM instructors (flow classes) tend to give too many options/variations for almost each posture. There is nothing wrong to that but too many options can be confusing. Although, it’s our own practice but we attend classes becos we needed the cues. It’s a personal preference I supposed. Everything was amazing! Rod’s instructions was clear. His voice is calming as well.

    Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Good intensity and challenges. sweated so much clothes are drenched. Enjoyed the session! Also the heater is not extremely hot, very bearable for me as I’m not really a big fan of hot yoga usually. Would come back again.

    Great Stretch class! Not the best location since it is not very near to the mrt station. However studio is very nice and calming. The ceiling is very high and overall space is spacious.
