se alle anmeldelserFlow was smooth however I felt that YM instructors (flow classes) tend to give too many options/variations for almost each posture. There is nothing wrong to that but too many options can be confusing. Although, it’s our own practice but we attend classes becos we needed the cues. It’s a personal preference I supposed. Everything was amazing! Rod’s instructions was clear. His voice is calming as well.

The instructor was good but about firm, not complaining as she emphasizes a lot of where we should be feeling our muscles to work etc
