She made sure I was doing everything properly and I actually didn't know that Club Pilates worked on hip flexors and ankle strength and spinal flexibility and since I'm older, that was really impressive to me and I only knew that because of the instructor on this day, I hope all of the instructors are going to be like this. If not, I'm going to need to find out where this instructor teaches and go to that location A+ five stars very impressed.
