se alle anmeldelserGreat workout, worked different parts of my muscles, had me shaking at times holding positions. It was my first reformer Pilates class and I didn’t quite understand how to set up my station at the beginning and the instructor told me to stop and she’d finish it up for me - wish she’d said if it’s your first time I’ll come around and set the chair and mat up for you at the beginning as she was repeating the setup.
