The studio space was really clean & nice and I loved that the class was only 4 people, so each person got a lot of personal attention. You can tell she knows her stuff! I’ll definitely be back for more!

Had a lot of fun working through the boxing combos, and got to learn some defensive maneuvers as well. Fun mix of speed and power punches plus I learned more ways to improve my technique.
