se alle anmeldelserVery thoughtfully planned flow, I loved Ellison’s energy and how she had us holding poses for a longer duration of time instead of doing a fast paced cardio vinyasa, with still feeling that I got a good endurance and strength workout in. The temperature was perfect In not feeling to overwhelmed and light headed, but I definitely felt the added challenge from the heat!

The instructor, Nikki, was encouraging, directive, and remained steady and grounded throughout the class without going woo woo nor overly militaristic. Her grounded energy transferred to the students in the class. A+.

I enjoyed getting to try some new forms, and styles plus helpful adjustments as well. I got a great sweat, vibing with the tunes, and also a quality relaxation. Lots of amenities to help you feel comfortable from showers, bottle filler, drink bar, and lockers. Such a great place for your hot yoga session!
