Mostly because I’ve never paid full price and always used Groupon or something and could never tell if I was getting a lesser treatment because of it or if they just weren’t that good, so I rarely sought after them. Well, last night I realized I was about to lose a lot of credits at midnight so I looked and this salon is open late! And they had instant bookings. I got the hydro massage and I’m immediately hooked. I think I’m a facial girlie now and I’m so glad ClassPass served its purpose! I was able to explore a new salon with minimal risk and walked away wanting more! I wish I had asked the lady’s name, she has the hands of an angel! I was so dazed and sleepy when I left

This misleading and they charged me an extra dollar rather than $2. The service cost me 8 credits which is basically $16 and they raised their pricing to $18. I feel establishments need to work things out with Class Pass so customers know 100% what they're paying for before booking. Will most likely not return.
