One change that would have made it perfect is the music volume being a bit less… From the time we started abs through the end of the class, the volume and tempo felt a bit jarring and made it a bit hard for me to drop into an undistracted state. That said, I also tend to be more sensitive to noise than most people. I would definitely book again.

se alle anmeldelserThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

se alle anmeldelserExcellent instructor! If you’re going to pack the classes that Full, you need to open the door or install a fan, some circulation or AC. Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

There was so much variety of movement and I felt like every part of my body got a good workout, unlike other classes I’ve taken where the focus is very heavily on lower body. se alle anmeldelserNicole (the instructor and owner) was very welcoming, took the time to talk to people individually as they came in, and had a great mentality for class - that she was just happy we were here regardless of what everyone was doing. It’s nice to have a teacher with a positive and inclusive attitude instead of one who’s barking orders at the class - she also had great clear cues for every movement! The studio itself was super clean and spacious, plus there’s an ocean view when you walk out into the shopping center. Only downside was that parking was only free for an hour in the garage, so unless you are late or leave early you do have to pay but that’s not the studios fault.

Her cueing and hands-on assists ensured proper form without forgetting breath to movement. Advanced poses were called throughout class but there was clear guidance to find only your own edge without judgement. Bre is a gifted and supportive teacher - also her playlists are 🔥. Hope to practice with her again soon.

Karina spoke about the chakras and said empowering mantras throughout class. She did a perfect job at pushing and motivating the class throughout all the poses. It was 102 so definitely expect to get your sweat on. Thoroughly impressed with this class and I will be back!

I felt like a Christmas Ham in the oven. Now l was made aware that this was going to be a heated class, so I knew what I was in for, but HOT DAMN! I'm all for a sauna session mind you, but that should be after the workout. But I digress, the class was great even with me and my mat emerging like a kid on a slip-and-slide.

She also did a great job of pacing the class flow in a way that started very slowly and then built up to a quicker but still manageable level of pacing to really get deeper into stretches and build some heat in the body. I felt great afterwards. Highly recommended for all levels, including beginners. There was actually someone who said it was her very first yoga class ever and she loved it.

I’m more of a cardio girly so I don’t have the strongest arms and I’m not the best with choreo by any means, but ametrius is extremely helpful and has a way of making the class 1. Fun 2. Challenging and 3. Motivating! It’s easy to see yourself mess up/ look funny and to stop, but ametrius has a way of not making you feel embarrassed and motivating you to keep going. I really recommend taking this class!
