I personally liked the other side that had more squat racks and wide open space available to do barbell cleans. Showers were very nice, I liked that they provided soap and a hair dryer in the women’s locker room. I totally forgot to grab a eucalyptus towel on the way out but I’ll surely do that next time. Parking was easy to find! Will be coming here regularly.

The combination of hot and cold felt both exhilarating and relaxing. I left feeling amazing and slept so well. I also really loved that they had an ambience video on the tv and you could play whatever on YouTube and the sound was connected to the sauna. Highly recommend putting on a Cercle concert for a nice vibe ✨ I’ll definitely be back!

The staff advised me to immerse my entire body completely with just my face above water. I was able to do it for a few seconds and several tries. One needs to do some deep breathing and meditation while you’re in there to withstand the freezing water temperature. Definitely not for everyone to enjoy but it’s an experience. Staff was very friendly and informative.

I was worried that I would be bored as I don’t want to bring in any electronic devices, but the sauna has a built-in tablet that has Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. The infrared sauna is in a private room that I can lock. The person who helped me was also really nice, he explain a bit about how infrared sauna works and walk me through how to use the tablet. I was also able to do the full 30 minute session, even though I was late to my appointment. Highly recommended!
