se alle anmeldelserThis was my first time going to a tai chi class and Tony was super welcoming and incredibly friendly and very clear from the start at how knowledgeable he is with the forms in the movement and how they work to improve posture. I have a lot of alignment and posture issues that I have to compensate for but even in a group class he’s really great at taking the time if you need help of making adjustments for you and really working you through the flow. I’m really glad jiaren has tai chi now to add to its overall roster of really great classes and I’m definitely coming back to tai chi.
