se alle anmeldelserAttended for the first time for the Aerial Yoga level 1 with Claire S and it was such a fun class! I have done mat yoga for quite some years and thought it would be fun to try aerial yoga. The first half of the class was a bit tough for me to get a hold of everything as these were new techniques to me but Claire was very kind and helpful to me and everyone else, fixing our form and helping us when we got stuck. Towards the second half of the class, it became super fun and relaxing towards the end. Highly reccomend and will be back :)
