It feels like I worked out how the muscles in my butt and back feel. I’m so glad I went. It wasn’t painful but you can feel the suction. Where it was too tight on my hip bone she adjusted the placement and I was good to go! She recommended 3 treatments back to back and then monthly to get the results to stick. This was great!
