The class was started out with warm ups that incorporated foundational kickboxing movements, alternated between combos and body weight exercises, moved to partner exercises, then burnout exercises and cool down. Great workout and very clean facilities that are well ventilated as well!

Both instructors were absolutely amazing—super patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and fun, especially for someone just getting started. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and genuinely care about helping everyone learn at their own pace. I strongly encourage everybody to take this class if you’ve ever been curious about trying jiu-jitsu. It was such an enjoyable experience, and I’m already ready to go back again!
