se alle anmeldelserHad a blast at barre3 this morning! Aimee is super sweet and helpful, I really appreciate the time she took after class for my questions! The range of classes, especially the early options, fit perfectly into my schedule, so that’s a plus. It's definitely a solid full-body workout, but also what I love is the chill cooldown with a dash of mindfulness at the end. I left feeling like I have a lot of room to grow, which is a good thing in my book— keeps me excited to come back and level up! ✅✅✅

se alle anmeldelserCourtenay was super welcoming. He counted mats, encouraged the room to make space, and made sure there was clear space for everyone who walked in the door. That said, it’s a small room and everyone was super close to each other but it was a good community feel. He noticed when I was struggling with my hip and took the time to check on me and help me with a better transition. He also stopped the class after one of the sequences ended and walked us through a new sequence. It’s the first time I’ve felt like I was learning as a class instead of feeling like I was the only one who didn’t know what was going on. 10/10. Loved his vibe and his music.
