se alle anmeldelserThe front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Flora, in particular, was wonderful! The studio itself is great. The instrumental music playing is very soothing, and I also enjoyed the heated aspect of it. However, the movements themselves were a bit challenging for a beginner like me. So, keep that in mind if this is your first ever class like me. But overall, I had a great time and would definitely try it again.

I was looking for one of their slower paced and stretch focused classes which is exactly what I got, plus new muscle groups I’ve never had targeted before at other studios! Looking forward to coming back for one of the strengthening or higher-intensity options!

se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed the class and the studio was incredibly welcoming! I would definitely return and take another class, I really enjoyed the instructor and workout. My only small grievance is the class I believe was labeled as a warm sculpt class, but it didn’t seem to be warm or heated at all and there was even a bit of a draft. But again, still 5 stars!!!
