I want longevity so I can be here for a long time to raise my son. With the way the world is changing with kids, I want to be that role model in his life that shows him health, body & fitness can distract him from all the hate in the world. We only have 1 body and 1 life, best to take care of what we have, right. I’m committed to this challenge. I look forward to more classes. 😄
