The hybrid is not my jam and i love having a hard weight lifting day on sundays to round out the week. in fact all the classes should just become weights 😆

se alle anmeldelserMatt is my favorite instructor at Platefit. I will endeavor through AM traffic to get to Brentwood for his classes. My drive is 52-58 min for this 27 min class. You may think ohh crazy, but I’m pointing it out because it’s that good. Plus the lymphatic drainage and mood that you’re in for the rest of the day is worth it. FYI: TRX class is a modification to what I expected but it still whopped my a$$. Playlist is fire and he’s very experienced and quick to scan the room to check for form. The minor hands-on adjustments are always respectful and they make a big difference! I don’t know why I start laughing when my muscles get to failure but at least it’s a fun time while I’m suffering. Many of the attendees are regulars or, like me, have booked through CP and keep coming back to it. Cherry on top: parking is validated for 75 minutes.
