It’s too hot and sensory overload for me to ever remember on my own so I very much appreciated this instructor leading majority of class. Excellent

Chevy is incredibly upbeat and fun! her classes are super challenging and engaging. fantastic music selection and tough arm routine that will get you toned! anyone looking for a spinning class has got to book Chevy's class

se alle anmeldelserPhenomenal instructor and class. Very calming and welcoming. Such a lovely environment for class and the candles helps set the ambiance. The class itself was a nice easy flow with a good balanced structure for working throughout the body. And the intentions set throughout practice were helpful. She teaches to the anatomical structure so definitely ground up guidance! Recommend if anyone is dying for a sweat and a workout but with some calmness to their practice.

se alle anmeldelserFirst time at this studio… first let me say that the space is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was very clean and organized. The front desk staff and instructor were very kind and welcoming. The rhythm sculpt class is sort of like mat Pilates which is usually not my thing… but it was surprisingly a fun class that gave me a good sweat. Definitely more low impact/intensity but that might be perfect for a rest day when you want to just move your body. I’ll definitely be back to check out the other classes!
