I don’t really like it when hot pilates classes have music with tons of swear words, so I appreciated that this didn’t. It just feels more positive. Erica also has great music in her classes!

The instructor was very attentive and gentle, we did a series of core stretches (with and without provided items) that focused on lengthening and stability. It had various levels of difficulty which made a casual student feel challenged but also not too intense. The funk music was vibey, not distracting and was a very pleasant way to start a Saturday, I’ll definitely be back!
