I loved the post natal yoga class by Houyem. I joined 6 weeks after my delivery, when I was starting to get a bit of back pain from holding my baby. The pain was completely gone after the class. Houyem is very attentive and friendly, giving useful cues and options throughout the class. Her classes are balanced, paced well and I love the creative flows. Thank you Houyem and Zoga for providing such a class, supporting new mums ❤️

It was such an amazing experience, this was my second arerial yoga class but first time with you guys. Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.
