se alle anmeldelserMegan is a beast and this class is amazing! She is so sweet + helpful and really makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The flow flow from one exercise to the next is perfection and it was the perfect 50/50 mix of yoga, pilates and strength with weights. Heat was steamy and really helps to lengthen and stretch the muscles without feeling strained. I can’t wait to take this class every week and see my progression ◡̈
